Patterns

In Maths we have been learning about patterns. On Friday we went to the computer suite and used the Paint program to make patterns.  At Discovery Day we also got a chance to do repeating patterns using sponges and potato prints. We also used interlocking cubes, pegboards and teddies to make patterns.

On Tuesday we found patterns in our classroom and
went for a walk to see patterns around the school.
Today we did body patterns and worked in groups.  Can you work out this pattern? A clue -look at their bottom half.


On Wednesday we used teddies 
and interlocking cubes to make patterns.  On Thursday we worked in groups and continued some repeating patterns and made some human patterns using ourselves.  On Friday we could choose which activity we wanted to do. Here are some photos.
