Maths Today
We have been learning to compare objects. We read The Gingerbread Man last week and put the gingerbread men in order from the tallest to the shortest. Tararua Town Library Today
Today we had our normal monthly visit to the Town Library. Nikki read us a story and then she gave the books and certificates out to all the people who had completed 5 Winter Warmers pages. We were so lucky to be given a free book that was ours to keep. Most of us got a pizza voucher as well that we can use in Feilding or Palmerston to get a free pizza.
Mufti Day For KIDS CAN
On Friday we had a mufti day at school. We had to bring a gold coin which went to KIDS CAN. KIDSCan raises money to give food, shoes and raincoats to kids who can't afford them. Dannevirke South School raised over $380 for this good cause.

Ruahine School's Production
We were invited to go to Ruahine's Production on Thursday. We walked down wearing our fluoro vests and sat up the front in the Town Hall. The show was in two parts - the first being The BFG and the second part, put on by the Seniors was The Iron Man. After the show, we came back on the bus.
